This garlicky almond butter dip is the perfect savory sauce to pair with grilled chicken, raw vegetables, or used to marinate meat or tofu. Made with our seasoned Garlic Almonds, this crowd-pleasing dip is sure to add flavor to any appetizer or meal.
Yield: 4 servings
- 1 cup Santé Garlic Almonds
- 1 teaspoon brown sugar
- 2 tablespoons tamari
- 2 garlic cloves
- 1-2 tablespoons water
- In a food processor, add Garlic Almonds and blend until the nuts break down and form a smooth paste with the consistency of peanut butter.
- Add brown sugar, tamari, and garlic to food processor and blend until smooth. Scrape down the sides of the bowl as needed.
- While blending, gradually add water 1 tablespoon at a time until desired thickness and consistency is reached.
