Ingredients

  • 3 large grapefruits, halved
  • 1/4 cup honey
  • 1/2 cup Santé Candied Walnuts, chopped
  • 1 tbs rosemary, minced
  • Course sea salt

Instructions

  1. Set oven to broil and preheat.
  2. Place grapefruit halves on a baking sheet. Drizzle each half with about 2 teaspoons of honey.
  3. Broil the grapefruit for about 5 minutes or until slightly browned in spots.
  4. Meanwhile, combine walnuts, rosemary, and a pinch of sea salt in a small bowl.
  5. Remove grapefruit from the oven. Top each half with the walnut crumble. Serve warm.
