Can you provide your allergen info?
All of our products are gluten-free, soy-free, certified Kosher, and vegan. And delicious. We also manufacture our nuts in a completely peanut-free environment.
Are your products organic?
Our nuts, while very high quality, are not organic.
Where do you get your nuts?
We source our pecans from Texas, cashews from Brazil, and our almonds, pistachios and walnuts from California. Our manufacturing is done in Santa Clara, California. We are proud to say that our nuts are made in the U.S.A.
Do you sell any sugar-free products?
Yes! Our Roasted Salted Mix do not contain any sugar.
Which nuts have the lowest salt?
Our Sweet & Spicy Pecans have the lowest amount of sodium, just 60 mg per 1 oz. serving.
Which of your nuts have the lowest cholesterol?
All of our nuts are cholesterol-free.

Packaging & Storage
What is the shelf life of the products?
All of our nuts have a shelf life of six months, with the exception of our walnuts, which have a five-month shelf life.
How do you recommend storing the nuts?
In a cool, dark space, in an airtight container.
Do you offer tours of your factory?
We do not offer tours of our factory at this time.
Can the nuts be frozen?
Yes, for up to one year.

Shipping artisanal nuts is a careful business, but we have it down pat. We ship all products via USPS Priority Mail (2-3 day delivery) or USPS Express Mail (overnight delivery). Please review our shipping options before you order.
Shipping rates are actual USPS Priority Mail rates calculated on package weight and delivery address.
When will my order arrive?
Delivery dates are calculated from the date of shipment. Priority Mail shipments will be received in 2-3 days from the date of shipment. Express Mail will be received in 1 day from the date of shipment. USPS does not guarantee delivery times.
Do you ship or deliver on weekends and holidays?
We do not ship on weekends or holidays. USPS delivers Monday through Saturday.
Where is my order? How do I track my package?
When you place your order on our website, you will receive an order confirmation via email. Once your item is shipped, you will receive an email with your tracking information.

Can I change the delivery address after my order is placed?
Once your order is placed, the delivery address cannot be changed.
Can I cancel my order?
Orders can be canceled within 24 hours of placing your order or before your item has shipped, whichever comes first.
Do I need to sign for the package when it arrives?
We do not require signatures for delivery. If no one is available to receive the package, it will be left at the door.
Do you ship to Alaska and Hawaii?
We don’t ship outside of the continental U.S. at this time.
Do you ship to Canada or overseas?
We don’t ship internationally at this time.
Can you ship to a P.O. Box?
The US Postal Service will deliver to a P.O. Box.
