Hot Honey-Glazed Chicken Wings
Servings: 4 Cookies
12 chicken wings (3-3½ pounds)
1 tablespoon baking powder
1 tablespoon chili powder
1 teaspoon garlic powder
1 teaspoon onion powder
1 teaspoon salt
¼ cup Buffalo-style hot sauce
2 tablespoons honey
1 tablespoon cider vinegar
½ cup SantéⓇ Sweet and Spicy Pecans, finely chopped
Blue cheese dressing
Preheat oven to 450℉. Place a lightly-oiled rack over a large baking sheet.
Cut each wing into 2 pieces at the joint.
In a large bowl combine baking powder, chili powder, garlic powder, onion powder, and salt. Toss wings with seasoning mixture and arrange on prepared baking sheet.
Bake for 30 minutes, then flip wings over and bake 30 minutes more.
In a large bowl whisk together hot sauce, honey, and vinegar. Toss wings in hot sauce mixture and place back on the rack.
Return wings to the oven and bake until glazed, about 10 minutes.
Transfer wings to a platter and sprinkle with pecans. Serve immediately with blue cheese dressing and celery.
